- Our trained technicians will diagnose your problem.
- If the faulty part is one of those covered by Customer Quick Fix you'll be asked if you wish to use the service.
- The part, full fitting instructions and return instructions will be couriered to a UK address of your choice.
- Once you receive the part you'll be able to call our dedicated number 0844 800 4030* (24 hours) for any further help and advice you may need.
- Finally you need to return the faulty part to us within 7 days by following the returns instructions (at no cost to you).
* This number is for customers who have received a Customer Quick Fix part and need further assistance. All other callers will be asked to redial 0844 800 6020.
